Big Screen Solutions supplied and installed a large 4 × 8 metre indoor LED wall for a religious community event at Pullman Melbourne Albert Park in June 2026. The display was installed on a 600 mm riser, creating a prominent and professional visual backdrop for the event. Four mobile LED posters were also positioned along the entrance route to the ballroom to create a coordinated visual experience for arriving guests.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The equipment was delivered to the hotel one day before the event and transported to the ballroom using the hotel’s service lift.
Due to the four-metre height of the LED wall, approximately two metres of rear access space was maintained behind the installation. This provided sufficient room for the supporting structure, elevated installation work and ongoing technical access.
The 4 × 8 metre indoor LED wall was installed on a 600 mm riser, bringing the total height of the display to approximately 4.6 metres above floor level. The complete installation, configuration and testing process took approximately eight hours.
Three-phase power was available at the venue and used to provide the required electrical supply for the installation. All equipment was fully connected and tested before the event.
Four mobile LED posters were positioned along the entrance route to the ballroom, extending the event’s digital presentation beyond the main stage area.
Following the event, our team dismantled, packed and removed the complete LED wall and poster installation in approximately three hours.
