Big Screen Solutions supplied and installed a 3 × 8 metre indoor LED screen on a 600 mm riser for a corporate event at Hyatt Place Melbourne Essendon Fields in August 2026. The large-format display provided bright, seamless visuals and a professional backdrop for the event.
Project Overview
As the event space was located on the ground floor, our team transferred the equipment directly from the loading area into the venue without requiring lift access.
The LED screen was installed on a 600 mm riser, raising it above floor level for improved visibility. One metre of rear access space was maintained behind the screen to provide sufficient room for installation and technical access.
The complete installation, power connection and testing process took approximately four hours. The screen was powered using the three-phase supply available at the venue and was fully tested before the event.
After the event, our team dismantled and packed the display in approximately three hours before transferring the equipment to the loading area and completing the collection.
