Big Screen Solutions supplied and installed a 3 × 8 meter indoor LED screen on a 900 mm riser for a corporate event at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins in August 2026. The large-format display delivered bright, seamless visuals and created a professional backdrop for the event.
Project Overview
Our team unloaded the equipment and transported it to the event space using the venue’s service lift. The 900 mm riser was positioned with 1.5 meters of rear access space to provide sufficient room for installation and technical access.
The LED screen installation, power connection and testing took approximately four hours. The screen was powered using the three-phase supply available in the venue and was fully tested before the event.
After the event, our team dismantled and packed the display in approximately three hours, transferred the equipment back to the loading area and completed the collection.
