Big Screen Solutions supplied and installed a 2.5 × 8 metre indoor LED screen for the Invest Sri Lanka corporate investment event at Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley in August 2026. Installed on a 600 mm riser, the large-format screen delivered bright, seamless visuals and provided a professional backdrop for presentations and event content.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The event was held in the hotel’s ground-floor function room, allowing our team to move the equipment directly from the loading area into the venue without requiring lift access.
The 2.5-metre-high by 8-metre-wide indoor LED screen was installed on a 600 mm riser to improve visibility throughout the room. One metre of rear access space was maintained behind the screen to provide sufficient room for installation and technical access.
The complete installation, power connection, screen configuration and testing process took approximately four hours. Three-phase power was available at the venue, providing the required power supply for the LED screen.
After the event, our team dismantled, packed and removed the complete LED screen installation in approximately three hours.
